Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physical Therapist to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Physical Therapist will be to develop and implement treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and manage pain. Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
2. Perform therapeutic exercises and maneuvers to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility.
3. Educate patients on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care management.
4. Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
6. Stay current on the latest research and techniques in physical therapy to enhance patient outcomes.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
2. State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
3. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Compassionate and patient-focused care.
7. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
8. Certification in specialized areas of physical therapy is a plus.
