Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of physical conditions to improve their mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to create individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing support and education.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Implement a variety of therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' functional abilities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on proper techniques for stretching, strengthening, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in continuing education to stay current on the latest techniques and research in the field
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics
- Experience working with a diverse patient population
