Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing quality care and therapy to patients in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy techniques and a passion for helping others improve their quality of life through rehabilitation.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions to determine the appropriate treatment plan
- Develop personalized therapy programs to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to help patients regain strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Experience working with a diverse patient population
