Job Title: Speech Therapist
Job Summary:
The Speech Therapist is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in individuals of all ages. They work with patients to improve communication skills, overcome speech impediments, and enhance overall quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conducting assessments to determine the root cause of speech and language disorders

Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- State licensure as a Speech Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Patience, empathy, and compassion for patients
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech therapy
