Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to help them recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, improve mobility, and reduce pain. The Physical Therapist will develop personalized treatment plans, perform hands-on exercises, and educate patients on proper techniques to enhance their overall wellbeing.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the best course of treatment for each patient
- Develop personalized treatment plans that include exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities
- Work one-on-one with patients to provide hands-on therapy sessions
- Monitor and track progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each patient
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with a diverse patient population
- Knowledge of current evidence-based practices in physical therapy
