Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to help them improve their mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Perform initial evaluations and assessments to determine patients' needs.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
3. Provide hands-on therapy to patients to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.
4. Educate patients on exercises and techniques to continue their progress at home.
5. Monitor and track patient progress throughout treatment.
6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
2. Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
3. CPR certification.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Prior experience in physical therapy preferred.
