Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. 5. Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention strategies, and practical methods for managing pain.
6. Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans accordingly, and document accurate and detailed records of their improvements.
7. Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
8. Stay informed about the latest developments in physical therapy techniques and contribute to ongoing professional development.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
2. Current state licensure or the ability to obtain one.
3. Proven experience in assessing and treating patients with diverse physical conditions.
4. Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal system.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with patients.
6. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
7. Proficiency in utilizing specialized physical therapy equipment and modalities.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
10. Strong time management and organizational skills.
