Job title: Traveler Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Traveler Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Traveler Physical Therapist, you will work with patients in various locations, providing physical therapy treatments to help them improve mobility, alleviate pain, and recover from injuries or surgeries. Your role will involve traveling to different facilities or patient homes, assessing their condition, creating individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Travel to different locations to provide physical therapy services to patients.
2. Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
3. Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to help patients improve their physical function.
4. Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their progress at home.
5. Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
2. Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
3. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Willingness to travel and work in various healthcare settings.
7. CPR certification.
