Job Title: Traveler Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a Traveler Physical Therapist. In this role, you will travel to different locations to provide support and rehabilitation services to patients with various physical injuries or disabilities. You will work closely with patients to help them regain mobility, strength, and function.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patient's physical function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued improvement
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state or states where you will be traveling
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to different locations
- Experience in a variety of healthcare settings is preferred
