Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to help them improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. This role involves creating customized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and providing education to patients and their families.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Evaluate patients' medical history and physical condition to determine the best course of treatment.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and goals.
3. Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and modalities to improve patients' physical abilities.
4. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
5. Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote wellness.
6. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
8. Stay current on best practices and advancements in physical therapy.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
2. State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Compassion and empathy for patients.
6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
7. Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
8. CPR certification.
