Job Title: Traveler Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
As a Traveler Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing rehabilitation services to patients in various locations across the United States. Your role will involve assessing patients' physical conditions, creating and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring progress to help them achieve optimal physical health and mobility.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members
- Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation techniques and exercises
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Travel to different locations as assigned to provide physical therapy services
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid physical therapy license in the state(s) where services will be provided
- Previous experience working as a physical therapist, preferably in a variety of settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different work environments and patient populations
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
