Job Summary:
A Radiation Therapist plays a crucial role in the treatment of cancer patients by administering radiation therapy treatments under the direction of a radiation oncologist. They work with cutting-edge technology to deliver accurate doses of radiation to target cancerous cells while minimizing exposure to surrounding healthy tissue.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform radiation therapy treatments according to the prescribed treatment plan
- Monitor and assess patients for any adverse reactions to treatment

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
- Certification as a Radiation Therapist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
