Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical injuries or disabilities to help them improve mobility and alleviate pain. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide guidance on exercises and techniques to promote recovery.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conducting assessments to identify patients' physical limitations and areas of concern.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Educating patients on proper techniques for performing exercises and daily activities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintaining detailed patient records and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
