Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are hiring a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding disorders in infants, toddlers, and children. The ideal candidate will deliver evidence-based and play-centered therapy that fosters children's communication skills and empowers families through education and support.
Conduct speech, language, and feeding evaluations for pediatric patients
Create and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs and therapy goals)
Provide direct therapy services in one-on-one and/or group settings
Use play-based, interactive approaches to engage children
Document progress, write reports, and communicate outcomes with caregivers
Collaborate with parents, educators, pediatricians, and other therapists
Recommend and implement AAC tools and strategies when appropriate
Support early intervention and school-based service models
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Valid state SLP license or eligibility
Experience working with pediatric populations (infants to school-age children)
Strong knowledge of developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, and AAC
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Empathy, creativity, and the ability to connect with children and families
Pediatric speech therapy clinics
Early intervention (home visits or center-based)
Private and public schools
Children’s hospitals and rehab centers
Teletherapy platforms (remote/virtual sessions)
