We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Center Manager (PT) to lead and oversee daily operations of our physical therapy center. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth clinic functioning, deliver exceptional patient experiences, and support a team of physical therapists in providing high-quality care. This role requires strong leadership, operational management skills, and a passion for healthcare service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the physical therapy center.
Supervise clinical and administrative staff to ensure optimal performance.
Develop schedules, manage resources, and ensure timely patient care.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Drive patient satisfaction and address concerns effectively.
Track center performance, KPIs, and implement improvement plans.
Support recruitment, training, and professional development of staff.
Collaborate with therapists to maintain quality standards in treatment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience (healthcare preferred).
Knowledge of physical therapy operations is an advantage.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
