Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to help improve their physical mobility and quality of life through various exercises, stretches, and treatments. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of human anatomy, and a passion for helping others recover from injuries or surgeries.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical capabilities and limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs
- Perform hands-on therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Teach patients exercises and stretches to increase strength and flexibility
- Monitor and track patients' progress throughout their treatment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience working in a physical therapy setting is preferred
