Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with clients to develop, recover, or maintain activities of daily living and work skills. The Occupational Therapist will assess the needs of clients, create individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy to help clients improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to identify clients' strengths and challenges
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments
- Provide therapy sessions to help clients improve their motor skills, coordination, and independence
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate clients and their families on techniques for improving daily living skills
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with clients of all ages and abilities
- Knowledge of relevant therapy techniques and tools
