Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide specialized treatment plans to patients who are recovering from injuries or illnesses. Your goal will be to help patients improve their mobility, alleviate pain, and regain independence in their daily activities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess patients' physical condition and create personalized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
- Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and proper body mechanics
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
