Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, and exercise prescription. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to assess their physical abilities, develop customized treatment plans, and guide them through exercises to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent further injury.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and create individualized treatment plans
- Implement and monitor therapeutic exercises and interventions
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics and injury prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Stay current on best practices and advancements in physical therapy
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Experience with orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques
- CPR certification
- Willingness to continue education through professional development courses
