Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assess and treat patients with physical injuries or disabilities to improve their mobility and quality of life. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to help them regain strength, flexibility, and function.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Provide hands-on therapy to help patients improve their mobility and reduce pain
- Educate patients on exercises and stretches to improve their condition
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patients' progress and provide updates to their healthcare team
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Compassionate and patient-focused
