Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join our team and provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals improve their communication skills and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine speech and language deficits.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's specific needs.
3. Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech, language, and communication abilities.
4. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
5. Monitor and track progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing support and education.
6. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
7. Stay current on best practices, new research, and advances in the field of speech therapy.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
2. Valid state licensure as a Speech Therapist.
3. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
6. Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
7. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy.
