Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, and surgeries by providing physical therapy treatments and exercises. You will work closely with patients to help them improve their mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' medical histories and conditions to determine the best course of physical therapy treatments
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and techniques to help patients improve their strength, flexibility, and coordination
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
- Keep detailed records of patient progress and treatment to track results
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensure and certification as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
