Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain. You will assess patients' conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to improve their physical health and overall well-being.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical history and current physical condition
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address each patient's needs and goals
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques, exercises, and stretches to improve range of motion, strength, and flexibility
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on proper techniques for managing their condition and preventing future injuries
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills, including manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to continuing education and staying current on evidence-based practices in physical therapy
