Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for evaluating clients' physical and mental capabilities, developing individualized treatment plans, and assisting clients in achieving their maximum level of independence and functioning in daily activities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Evaluate clients' functional abilities and limitations
2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
3. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve clients' physical and mental well-being
4. Assist clients in learning and practicing daily tasks for increased independence
5. Educate clients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment
6. Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
2. Valid occupational therapist license
3. CPR certification
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and techniques
7. Experience working with diverse populations
8. Ability to adapt to changing environments and client needs
