Job Summary:
A Speech Therapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech and language disorders. They work with patients of all ages to help improve their communication skills and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' speech and language abilities
2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
2. Valid state license to practice as a Speech Therapist
3. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
7. Knowledge of various speech therapy techniques and interventions
8. Ability to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds
