Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with patients to help them improve their physical health and well-being through personalized treatment plans and exercises. The Physical Therapist will play a crucial role in assisting patients in recovering from injuries, managing chronic conditions, and increasing mobility.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct assessments to determine patients' physical limitations and create individualized treatment plans
2. Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve strength, mobility, and function
3. Educate patients on proper body mechanics and exercises for at-home care
4. Monitor and record patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
6. Stay current on the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and treatments
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
2. Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
3. CPR certification
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
6. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
