Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning and implementing rehabilitation programs to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or other medical conditions. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to improve their mobility, relieve pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their current physical condition and limitations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on the individualized needs of each patient
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in physical therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
