Job title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgery by developing personalized treatment plans and providing hands-on therapy. This role will involve working closely with patients to improve their physical strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess patients' physical condition and develop treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and other interventions to help patients improve mobility and reduce pain
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
- Communicate with doctors and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
- Keep detailed records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Stay current on developments in physical therapy techniques and research
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred)
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
