Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to help them regain movement and alleviate pain through therapeutic exercises and techniques. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for helping others improve their physical well-being.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for continued improvement
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and techniques
- Experience working in a clinical setting preferred
