Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, and surgeries through therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and patient education. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to help patients reach their rehabilitation goals
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with other healthcare professionals as necessary
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs to enhance long-term outcomes
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and advancements in the field of physical therapy to provide the highest standard of care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
