Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to help them develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. You will assess patients' physical and mental capabilities, design treatment plans, and help them achieve their goals for independence and productivity.
Responsibilities and Duties:

5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients.
6. Monitor and document patients' progress towards goals.
7. Stay current on best practices and advancements in the field of occupational therapy.
8. Follow ethical and legal guidelines in all aspects of patient care.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
2. State licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
5. Compassion and empathy for patients facing physical and mental challenges.
6. Detail-oriented and organized.
7. Ability to adapt treatment plans based on patients' progress.
8. Knowledge of assistive devices and adaptive techniques.
9. Certification in specialized areas of occupational therapy is a plus.
