Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to help them recover from injuries, improve mobility, manage pain, and prevent further injury. This role requires a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments of patients' physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercise, and modalities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and balance
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and techniques for self-care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
