Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing patient-centered care and a passion for helping individuals recover from injuries or improve mobility. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop treatment plans, implement therapeutic exercises, and monitor progress towards recovery goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct patient evaluations to assess physical limitations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve patient function and mobility
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to facilitate recovery
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and communicate with referral sources to ensure continuity of care
- Stay current on best practices and advancements in physical therapy techniques
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
