Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to help improve their mobility, reduce pain, and promote overall health and wellness through exercise, manual therapy, and other therapeutic techniques.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate patients on appropriate exercises and techniques to improve strength, flexibility, and functionality
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
- Stay current on developments in physical therapy research and techniques
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctoral or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state licensure and CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients as needed
