Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping patients restore or improve their physical abilities through various therapeutic techniques and exercises. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to create individualized treatment plans to meet their specific needs and goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and physical condition
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and stretches
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for rehabilitation
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques
Qualifications and Skills:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Experience working with patients of all ages and physical abilities
