Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to help alleviate pain, improve mobility, and restore function through exercise, manual therapy, education, and other therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve strength, range of motion, and flexibility
- Educate patients on injury prevention, health promotion, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and communicate with physicians and other team members
- Stay current on best practices and advancements in Physical Therapy
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
