Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility and relieve pain. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress towards goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans
- Educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and function
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
