Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to help them improve their mobility, relieve pain, and prevent disability through physical therapy treatments. The Physical Therapist will assess patients' physical condition, develop treatment plans, and ensure that therapy sessions are carried out effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct patient evaluations to determine their physical conditions and needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Implement and oversee therapy sessions to improve patients' mobility, flexibility, and strength
- Educate patients on exercises and techniques to promote recovery and prevent injury
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Certified through the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
