Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments to help them improve their mobility, reduce pain, and increase their overall function. Your goal will be to help patients regain their strength and independence through personalized treatment plans and exercises.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and physical condition
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings
- Implement treatment plans using physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care instructions
- Document patients' progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
