Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing individualized treatment plans to patients with various injuries and medical conditions in order to improve their physical strength, mobility, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on the importance of physical therapy and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure coordinated care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience working in a clinical setting is preferred
