Raze Therapeutics is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a 26-week contract position in San Ramon, CA. The ideal candidate will have a current CA OT license, BLS, drivers license, and current certification in TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (10 years), Flu (annual), drug screen, and physical. Travelers will be paid hourly by their agency, but hours are approved by Raze Therapeutics on a per visit basis and the rate is all-inclusive of drive/travel time, visit time, documentation time, and time spent making phone calls to patients and doctors.
Start and end dates must be identical and all requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission. Failure to comply with the confirmation page and RTO disclosure may result in the agency being removed from the client's vendor set. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.
