Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients to help them improve mobility, alleviate pain, and recover from injuries or illnesses. The Physical Therapist will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans for each patient.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Evaluate patients' medical history and current physical condition to determine the best course of treatment.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques.
3. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
4. Educate patients and their families on how to prevent injuries and maintain overall wellness.
5. Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
2. State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
3. CPR certification.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
6. Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist preferred.
