Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing effective treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses and improve physical mobility.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical condition and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and other modalities to help patients improve movement and manage pain
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for ongoing recovery
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and physical therapy techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred
