Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical disabilities or injuries. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to create personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and increase strength and function.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Implementing therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in recovery
- Monitoring and documenting patients' progress
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Providing education to patients and their families on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy practices
