Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide care and treatment to patients with physical ailments or injuries. The successful candidate will work to improve patients' mobility and quality of life through personalized treatment plans and exercises.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and equipment to improve patients' strength, mobility, and range of motion.
- Educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Stay current on trends and advancements in physical therapy techniques and equipment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform therapeutic exercises.
- Compassion and dedication to improving patients' quality of life.
