Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to help them regain movement, reduce pain, and improve quality of life through an individualized treatment plan. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct initial assessments to determine patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and techniques to help patients improve mobility and function
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
