Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered care to individuals recovering from injuries or surgeries, helping them regain mobility, strength, and overall health. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and monitor their progress throughout their rehabilitation process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement and monitor therapeutic exercises and modalities to help improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue improving their health outside of therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctoral or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with a diverse patient population
- CPR certification
