Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to help improve patients' strength, mobility, and function
- Educate patients on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
- Monitor and track patients' progress throughout their treatment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with a diverse patient population
- Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and techniques
