Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals of all ages to help improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through various therapeutic activities. The Occupational Therapist will assess each client's needs, develop treatment plans, and provide guidance on how to best improve their daily life activities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct assessments to determine client's needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
2. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, cognitive abilities, and sensory integration.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
4. Educate clients and their families on how to carry out therapeutic activities at home.
5. Keep detailed records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and trends in occupational therapy to provide the best possible care.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
2. Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
5. Experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities.
6. Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and interventions.
