Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to help them improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. You will work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans and provide guidance on exercises and stretches to improve their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patient's medical history and current physical condition
- Develop treatment plans based on individual goals and needs
- Use a variety of techniques including manual therapy, exercise, and modalities to help patients achieve their goals
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on proper techniques and exercises for ongoing self-care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience working with a diverse range of patients
- Knowledge of best practices in physical therapy
